National System of Services - drive for quality

 


In order to ensure the proper quality of services provided, the Foundation undergone an audit performed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The aim of the audit was to monitor the quality system applied by FDPA and decide whether or not the Foundation could be granted a certificate from the National SME Services Network (KSU). The total audit appraisal was very high and, as a result, the FDPA was awarded the KSU (National System of Service) certificate in June 2003. The Foundation has a right to use the KSU logo and is included to the list of the organisations, which operate following the KSU requirements and fulfill the highest quality standards.

The objective of the KSU Network is to improve the performance and competitiveness of Polish SMEs through providing them with uniform and standard offer of high quality services. The services provided by the KSU Network covers areas such as enterprise management, SME adjustment and preparation to the integration with the EU and to operate at the common markets. The organisations operating within the KSU Network are obligated to undergone, at least once a year, a complex self-evaluation in terms of the organisation’s compliance with the KSU requirements and standards. The organisations have also to submit to the KSU Quality Commission their Annual Activity Reports and operation plans.
