The Mission of the Foundation is to support sustainable rural development, especially small and medium size enterprises and creation of new jobs. The objective of FDPA is also to improve quality of living of people in rural areas and to support disadvantageous groups: women, unemployed and youth.
The Foundation offers assistance both to newly created SME and to those who want to develop their operations, through training and advisory services and financial support.
FDPA assists young people searching for job or planning to start own businesses. The Foundation provides them with training and advisory services, on-the-job and vocational training, psychological workshops, vocational advisory services and job networking services.
